Who Is It For?
Meet The Founders
Steph Kemp
Sam Walker
Stephanie Kemp, founder of SK Empowered Training, has spent nearly a decade helping women build strength and confidence at every stage of life. Her approach blends physical training with community and support, creating an environment where women feel capable and inspired.

Sam Walker, founder of CompleteSHE and creator of theSHEreset, brings a mindset-focused approach shaped by her own journey. She helps women break free from unhealthy cycles and build lasting confidence through deeper behavioural change.

Together, they created Sabre.R to bring a high-energy, female-only fitness event to Eastbourne, combining competition, teamwork, and community into an experience that welcomes every level.
Sabre.R was created by two women with a shared belief that fitness should feel empowering, inclusive, and actually enjoyable.
FAQs
What if I can’t do a particular movement?
Sabre Storm is designed to be inclusive, and within your team or pair you can play to each other's strengths. If there's a movement you're unable to perform, please reach out to Sam & Steph as soon as possible so they can discuss your options before the event.

When will I find out the movement patterns?
The workout videos will be released 2 weeks before the event. The workouts are designed to challenge and test your teamwork, strength, and endurance.

Are there toilets available?
Yes - there are toilets in the building for all participants.
​
What if I’m ill or injured and can’t compete?
We don’t offer refunds, but you can transfer your spot to someone else at no extra cost.
Are spectators and children welcome?
Spectators are welcome to come along and support throughout the day. As space at the venue is limited, please let us know how many spectators you expect to bring on your registration form.

Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and are not permitted to enter the workout or competition areas under any circumstances. This is to ensure the safety of all participants and spectators.
​
Will there be refreshments?
Yes - there will be some refreshments available on site, but bring your own water and snacks to stay fuelled throughout the day. Bags are not permitted in the Storm area.
​
Is there a bag drop?
Yes - but this will be an unmanned area. Belongings are left at your own risk.
